Responsibilities
- Manage project execution and resource deployment to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Review technical specifications and provide technical support, troubleshooting, and post-handover assistance
- Coordinate with customers, project teams, manufacturers, and vendors to meet project requirements and timelines
- Prepare and manage project documentation, submissions, safety records, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Monitor project progress, improve tracking and reporting processes, and provide regular project updates
- Assist in the preparation of progress claims, variation orders, and other commercial documentation
- Perform equipment installation, start-up, commissioning, and system handover activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain project safety documentation
- Conduct operational and maintenance training to support customer system adoption and reliability
Requirements
- Minimum ITE/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of project experience
- Strong communication, coordination, and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on and willing to support site activities when required
- Flexible to travel overseas and work outside regular hours to meet project needs
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of CRAC and WDS systems
- Provide technical support and timely response to emergency service calls
- Conduct equipment power-up, power-down, and operational support activities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and system alarm issues
- Identify root causes of equipment faults and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation
- Plan, coordinate, and execute daily maintenance activities, including weekly and monthly reporting
- Conduct onsite operation and maintenance training for customers
- Liaise with customer engineering teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures
- Review site events, implement remedial actions, and drive operational improvements
- Supervise contractor activities and ensure adherence to site procedures and safety requirements
- Maintain strong customer relationships and support continuous service excellence
- Ensure compliance with data center safety regulations and operational standards
- Support ad-hoc technical and operational assignments as required
Requirements
- Minimum ITE/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance work preferred, fresh graduates welcomed
- Strong communication, coordination, and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Possess practical experience in electrical and mechanical systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Capable of performing on-site maintenance work, independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Flexible to work outside standard business hours, including weekends and public holidays, to support maintenance requirements
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit technical proposals, compliance documents, datasheets, and tender submissions
- Review project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements to ensure solution compliance
- Conduct site surveys, technical assessments, and data collection activities
- Perform system design, product evaluation, selection, and pre-sales technical support
- Deliver technical presentations and participate in project, design, and technical meetings
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications and submission requirements
- Perform system testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution
- Recommend alternative solutions and corrective actions to address product and system challenges
- Prepare incident analysis reports and provide technical recommendations for continuous improvement
- Develop and conduct product training for customers and internal teams
- Maintain and update technical records, equipment databases, and software documentation
- Support product innovation, enhancement initiatives, and technical knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of project experience, fresh graduates welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with basic knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM software
- Strong communication, coordination, and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
