Project Engineer

Responsibilities
- Manage project and site activities, attend project meeting.
- Perform equipment set up, start-up and commissioning
- Project implementation to ensure the successful and smooth delivery of
systems/projects through effective planning, management and
deployment of resources - Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment faults after project handover
- Familiar with Singapore safety regulations and process.
Prepare and submit project safety documents - Manage project-related submission and paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current,
properly filed and stored - Works closely with the Project Team, Manufacturers and Vendors to deliver Customer’s
expectation within timeline - Involves in technical specifications review of the project scope
- Continuous improvement on the project tracking method and reporting
- Assist in the preparation of progress payments claims and variation orders where required
- Provide operational and maintenance training to customers
Requirements
- Minimum ITE/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years project management experience
- Good interpersonal skills and pro-active in problem solving
- A team player
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Able to work independently and within tight deadlines
- Able to hand-on and perform physical works
- Willing to work long or irregular hours if required
- Willing to travel if required

Service Engineer

Responsibilities
- To perform periodic service and maintenance of CRAC and WDS system
- To diagnose and troubleshoot system hardware and software fault and alarm
- To identify cause of fault and and recommend solution to client
- To complete service report after each servicing or E-call
- To perform standby and response to e-calls promptly
- To provide technical support to clients.
- To provide onsite training on OMM of equipment
- To perform proper filing, documentation and tracking of all reports
- To liaise with customer engineering department to ensure company
procedures and quality guidelines are followed - To maintain good relationship with site engineer
- To review “Events and Actions” on site and implement remedial actions
where needed - To manage contractors work on site to ensure adherence to procedures
- To be involved and carry out planning, execution and updates for all daily
work including weekly/monthly report submission - To perform standby for equipment power up and down
- To adhere to safety rules & regulations in a data center environment
- To support ad-hoc activities assigned by superior from time to time
- To ensure that safety standards are maintained in the course of
performing duties - To submit reports on work activities and progress of work to the
supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum ITE or Diploma holder in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
or equivalent - Fresh graduate are welcome
- Must be willing to work on odd hours as and when needed
- Experience in ACMV system is an advantage
- At least 2 years experience of maintenance works
- Possessed good practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical works
- Written and oral communications skills, excellent interpersonal skills and
ability to prioritise work efficiently and good team orientation - This is a very hands on job hence the candidate must be willing to do
hands on work
- Good team player, positive & willing to learn attitude
- Basic knowledge of ACMV and electrical system
- Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends,
public holidays, and evenings - Motivated with effective analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be well-organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks
Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit tender & project technical proposal, compliance list
and data sheet - Review technical specifications and drawings to ensure product
specifications is met - Attend site survey and data gathering
- Prepare technical presentation
- Attend project and technical meeting
- Perform pre sale/design of product and system technical evaluation
and selection - Perform testing and commissioning of system
- Analyse, troubleshoot and provide resolution for product & system
related issues - Provide alternative solution for product issues
- Provide product update to internal department
- Provide product training to client and internal department
- Generate and update equipment, hardware and software records
- Prepare incident analysis report
- Coordinate and review with the project team and consultants to ensure
the Technical Submissions are in accordance to the specifications and
requirements - Assist in product innovation and improvement tasks
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its
equivalent - Possess basic technical knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Possess basic knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM software
- Good interpersonal skills and pro-active in problem solving
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Able to work independently and within tight deadlines
- Willing to work long or irregular hours if required

Marketing Executive

Responsibilities
- Take initiative to create & update marketing materials such as product catalogue, track record,
white papers, case studies, technical proposals, presentations and company profile - Formulate annual marketing schedule and keep track of the plans and programs – Build
product brand awareness, increase customer engagement via social media platforms and website queries,
generating new leads - Suggest and recommend effective utilisation of budgets for campaigns and provide
expected ROI including marketing reports and analytics of the recommended implementation - Compose and post online content on the company’s website & social media platform
- Have good basic knowledge of how each product the company carries
work – in order to better facilitate good copywriting - Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
- Prepare and conduct products & services presentation
- Prepare training materials
- Create, track and maintain customer database – utilise database for suggested social marketing
campaigns or physical events / exhibitions - Organise and manage trade fairs, exhibitions and events
- Providing pre-sale and administrative support to sales team
- Responsible for lead and database management – update database with post event
leads for future leads generation - Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Conduct customer survey for product & service improvement
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing and Communications (Diploma minimum)
- 2-3 years in marketing is required
- Experience in social media and content management
- Good understanding of marketing strategies and implementation
- Experience in formulating B2B product brochures and catalogues
- Self-driven to pick up awareness and be up to date with current DC/IoT development
